With panoramic views of Sydney Harbour from the Rooftop Terrace, we are looking forward to helping restore this beautiful building.

Progress Update – Remedial Upgrade – Front Façade Complete Recently the scaffold was removed from the street facing façade of this Residential Strata Remedial and Upgrade project in Rose Bay, showcasing the newly restored frontage and transformation of the ‘Miramar’ building. New windows were installed to be consistent in form and function, and the feature paint to the corbels and expressed elements highlights the subtle architectural details of this unique and beautiful building.

PROJECT OUTCOME

The remedial upgrade outcomes are exceptional, the Miramar building has been refreshed to a current aesthetic while retaining the emphasis on the original standout architectural features. Great work by the whole team and thank you to the Owners Corporation of the building who were great to work with throughout.

Valen and Michael Hopwood managed our building upgrade. A complete external remediation including whole of building window replacement/remediation. In addition to a fire upgrade. The project had its complexities especially given the buildings age. Michael was exceptional. His communication was consistent, prompt and effective. He built effective relationships, ensured project timelines were met and navigated and helped negotiate various contentious variations. I would highly recommend the team at Valen.
