Our Core Business Service is providing Client-Side Project Management, Property Consultancy, and Superintendent services.
Acting on behalf of property owners and managers we deliver quality Project Management Services and Outcomes across Residential/Strata, Commercial and Industrial Portfolios.

Valen have extensive experience in the delivery of complex upgrade projects across various Property Sectors.
Our speciality includes planning for and undertaking complex project scopes across Heritage, Fire and Life Safety, Internal Fit-out, and National Rollouts.
VALEN FIRE
Valen Fire is a comprehensive fire services business with a different focus on the industry. Our primary aim is not to overcommit to any contract or client and instead ensure that we deliver customer service to our select clientele across Residential Strata, Commercial, and Industrial Sites.
Our maintenance model is different, rather than being everything to everyone, we focus on the testing our client sites to ensure consistent and superior reporting. We then engage with a network of subject matter experts to undertake corrective works for each trade discipline of work. This approach ensures reactivity, scalability, and superior outcomes for clients.
Pending the scale of repairs we offer a client-side approach where Valen tender the respective packages of work and provide recommendations to property managers for direct engagement of such contractors to eliminate some of the margin-on-margin considerations while maintaining a compliant building.
VALEN X
ValenX represents a shift in asset management and the control and ownership of asset data. We put asset data and the opportunity for associated analytics back into the hands of the client or property owner and maintain integrity of this information.
We audit and document all asset classes within a property portfolio, capture all relevant data points and imagery of such assets (including 3D point clouds), upload this information into our platform utilising industry leading naming conventions. All information is overlaid into online geospatial mapping with compliance visually mapped for each building and asset.
Maintenance contractors are invited into the client-managed asset build / digital twin of their site(s) to allow them to test the asset groups against the standards and regimes set specifically by the client team.
