Following the renovation & upgrade of an existing commercial premises for the Crossfit gym the client needed some practical guidance & instruction for their trade contractors in order to certify the premises of occupation;

• Review and advice on implementation of BCA report and compliance with City of Sydney DA conditions of consent
• Preparation of detailed scope of works and coordination of trade pricing in relation to BCA report & compliance
