Valen Project Services have been engaged as the Client-side Project Manager tasked with coordinating the future Fire Upgrade works in response to a Development Control Order issued by the Local Planning Authority for this Mixed-use building in Neutral Bay. We are currently coordinating the site analysis and Fire Engineering for future services upgrade design as part of Stage 1 and are looking forward to delivering another successful project outcome for our client.
