Valen Project Services were recently awarded the Superintendent role for the Façade Remediation & Balcony Balustrade Upgrades at this site in Randwick.
The project comprises of remediation works over 3 separate buildings of 140 lots, and will see significant repairs to concrete spalling and masonry brickwork, repainting to the façade surfaces, and alterations to the existing balcony balustrades with new frameless glass replacing the existing metalwork and masonry structures.
