North Shore Health Hub – North Obstetrics Fit-Out

Fit-Out of Medical Practice

Valen Project Services have been engaged to undertake a Design & Construct Commercial Fit-Out for North Obstetrics and their new office spaces in the recently completed Dexus owned North Shore Health Hub in North Sydney.

The building was completed in early 2021 and base building stakeholder and contractor engagement is a key requirement for new Fit-Out works within the complex.

The client brief is to provide a bright, yet warm and inviting space, and take advantage of the high ceilings, full-height perimeter windows and the enviable district views from the corner position of the building.

PROGRESS PHASE ONE -

Valen quickly completed the design phase with the customer including all fixtures and finishes, joinery requirements and services ready to commence construction at the site. This project had additional efficiency requirements due to the Nabers and Green Star Ratings of the building within which we were working. Being the first ever tenant in this space meant that a full services installation was required including all Electrical, Hydraulic, Fire and HVAC. See a series of photos below showing the progression of this project.

PROGRESS PHASE TWO

PROJECT OUTCOME

The project was a great success, ran on time throughout and was completed within budget and indicated timelines.

The Valen and client teams were extremely happy with the finished product. Just look at the photos!
