Healthcare projects demand more than technical expertise. They require careful planning, clear communication and an unwavering focus on minimising disruption while maintaining safety and operational continuity.
Valen Project Services Director, Michael Hopwood, was involved to manage the refurbishment of the ground floor of Wolper Hospital in Woollahra, delivering a new Kosher kitchen designed to support the needs of Jewish patients.
Acting as the client’s representative throughout the project, Michael coordinated the design team, consultants and contractors, overseeing every stage of delivery from planning and approvals through to construction and completion. The project demonstrates the value of experienced project management when delivering complex upgrades within a live, operational healthcare facility.
